What's a good microscope that balances quality and price? I'd thought about getting into this.

They're designed to not let anything in and out and asking your friend to bring samples might make them lose their job and lead to further legal repercussions. Starting at BSL 1 you already deal with GMOs that are not supposed to leave facilities because they might interfere with the environment.
