This isn't the first thing you've posted in this thread, and each piece of yours has wildly different eyes. Likely because you're drawing from references. Pick one way to draw eyes and just work on refining your style.Work on your anatomy. Study the skeleton and muscle groups. Learn how things fit together and move.If you're going to be shading/rendering, don't just use black. Use a darker and more saturated version of the base colour for shadow, and lighter, less saturared for bright areas.
